put the bind plug into your BATT channe(must be BATT channel) and your reciever battery pack in throttle(or any other channel). The yellow light should start flashing on your RX. Turn on your TX holding the button at the back in. Release button when the yellow light stops flashing, unplug battey from rx.

Your now bound to the model your radio was on so you can then plug a servo into the desired port and plug the reciever battery back into the BATT channel. Turn on your radio and wait 3 seconds then your servo should become active.

what if when you put your binding plug on the receiver it doesn't flash, mine just stays solid?

Is there something wrong with my receiver?

Probably. Contact Horizon, they are fast about replacing defective Rxes.
