cant wait to try this. A 45ccm petrol engine in my 62" matrix designed for a 90 four stroke nitro. How do you think it will turn out ?

I'm willing to bet that it will taxi pretty fast, but without a wing it might be a little low on lift (unless you strap the heli to it). But seriously it should fly pretty well if it is balanced. You should have unlimited vertical, but that much power you may be able to overstress the airframe, so watch your speed.

I'm sure it will fly (if the prop doesn't strike the ground), but it will be really heavy. This will translate into some difficult landings, and the stall characteristics may not be very good.
As mentioned above, keep off the power and let it slow down before any hard yanking on the sticks. It will be easy to rip a wing off if you aren't careful.
