I wanted to post this to let you guys know how my new motor is doing. My hyper 50 blew last week at the Augusta Ga. fun fly, but only after a full weekend of flying! This motor was over 2 yrs. old and I had replaced the bearings once and the ring once. So I have no complaints with the OS hyper. I deciced to try the TT redline and so far no complaints with it. The 1st time I cranked the motor it ran and hovered but just bearly. It was very rich on the low and high end. After a tank of fuel and leaning the low end about 1/4 turn(which actually put the screw flush with the carb. housing like the manual says) it started running and sounding much better. Now after 5 tanks the temp is around 180 and running good. It is still a little rich but I'm going to run it in a bit more before going any leaner. Then I will know how the power is going to be. The power is not bad now but can probably produce more once it has some more time on the engine.
