Dead motor?

I'm looking to give mine CPP away and want to make sure the bird at least is in working condition. However, I can't get the motors (both main and tail motors) to turn over. The 4 in 1 bind, all servos are working and the gyro is working. It has been too many months since I flied the CCP given the 2 Rex 450s. I read over the manual and still cannot get the motors to run. Thanks.

Is the ESC arming? maybe your throttle is on a little bit and the esc won't arm now?
