i just purchased tx & rx here's the problem ch 1 is channel 4 channel 4 is channel 1 i have done everything possible i have no clue whats wrong ch 1 aileron ch 2 ele ch 3 throttle ch 4 rudder ch5 gyro ch 6 pitch

im new here but not to helicopters i purchased futaba 6xe with 606 rec from hobbytown for 199.00 i get home started reading 3hrs later im into iit first thing servo's tx on battery hooked up i move channel 1 L-R rudder moving what the hell i checked eveything over & dver 6hrs later ready for the rubber room next move futaba web site an there it was apb on the 6ex tx with serial # starting with 7 an 07 with no I the I means it was inspected so today i went back to hobbytown usa a ripped them a new one they where fully aware of this problem but they acted like i was crazy by now people in the store just stop what were doing to listen in i told the manger owner why did futaba corp select your store for one of its testing centers right then an there he's sir pick another radio any radio im like wow any radio he says yes i'll take 7c then i mention to him your not charge me the differance sure i am i said what u sold me a product that was recalled an u knew about oh i get it now rip off the public when they come back with the bad goods u don't have the same product in stock i paid 20 more for 7c 236,00 i hope this helps

You got a lucky deal!! The Futaba radios with problems were not what you describe. Your radio was in mode 1 that can be changed by the user. Mode 1 switches stick 2 to stick one. Some china and europe use this. The problem your radio may have had can easily be tested at the hobby store. It was a problem of the radio resetting to 0 and needing to rebind the RX. If you did this someone else who had the same problem would be able to control your heli.
