Hi,Im using align 325 pro woodies because half of the stock blades i get have too many distortions right out of the package.Does anyone know if align grips will work on the 400? I currently use a shim i made from the stock blades so the align blades will fit right but this causes a wobble at spool up as the blades try to align themselves. they are not too tight or loose... main shaft is new and true...belt tension ok....blades balanced. i am guessing that both the shim and the blades must center themselves seperately then as one unit as headspeed increases causing the wobble. If align blade grips will fit the 400 then my problem will be solved.

I used an old credit card, cut 4 pieces into a rectangle shape, drilled a 3mm hole in them and put one on the lower and upper blade root and it spools up fine with no vibration at all.

Hello , I am using align blades on my blade 400. I am using the plastic oval blade shims from the orig. rotorblades to make up for the thickness diff.and sanded them down so they will fit smooth into the heli blade grips. The blades perform better than the orignal blade 400 blades and I have no wobble or vibration.Very smooth rotation at full throttle.
I left the orig. shims at full lenght, which are about1/4 inch longer than the aling blade shims, drilled a smal hole through the align blade and srewed bottom and top together at the orig. hole in the blade 400 blade shims.
So far no loose blades coming of the blade 400.
Also thunder tiger E325 blades will fit as a direct replcacement for the blade 400 blades
Greetings and good flying

I don't use any shims at all, I have the align CF blades, I just tighten them up. No, the align blade grips won't fit on the blade 400.
