Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there is a upgrade package in the works for those of us that have a curent avant.
Ie. new boom,T/R, torque tube ect.?

from what i remember about 7 months ago, their was talk that their would be an aurora conversion offered at some point.

It already has a torque tube drive for the tail. There was talk it was also setup to convert to a belt drive later if there is enough demand. I would bet there will be a metel tail blade holder later from a third party perhaps. Time will tell!

Jim,
he's referring to the guys who own an Avant "FX or EFX" who want to convert it to an aurora w/o buying an entire new kit.

Augusto , what is the reasoning behind attatching the boom supports to the skid braces? I would have thought that they would flex too much and not give enough support. I am no engineer and you probably have good reason for it, but i was just curious!
Also i heard there might be a conversion for my EFX to make it an Aurora? Would this have to include all new frames, tank, clutch parts, head, and the tail end parts. It almost sounds like a whole kit???

When you get to play with one you'll see how rigid it is at that spot.
There will be a conversion for the FX and EFX owners but pricing had not been determined yet.
