ds75 servo gear placement

Hey all, I have crashed my Blade 400 for the first time and am in the middle of replacing a couple of gear sets in the servo's. I am lost as to how to fit the last gear (the one the arm attaches to). The shaft has a bevel cut out of it but I cannot see a corresponding bevel in the gear. I can push the gear on to the shaft but it does not engage all of the other gears(ie turn with them).


EDIT: It helps if you pay attention to where the gears go! Sorry for a dumb newby posy guys!
