:)
Hi
Like most people with a CopterX head I have been using Align V2 feathering shafts.
When the blades flew off my heli the other day I lost the original shouldered spacers
that came with the head.
The spacers that come with the feathering shaft are .25 mm thinner than the copterX ones
which allows .5 mm off centering of the blade holders, also without the shoulder the dampers can squidge out of there housings.
I asked the chap At Midland Helicopters for advice but he just looked blank.

To remedy the situation I turned down to M4 washers Using my version of Finless Bob's
toothpick balljoint mod.
Stick a pencil through the washer and whizz it on a powerfile:)
Check the thickness to make sure you have them the same

The washer need super glueing to the pencil to stop it flying off.

Reinstall the feathering shaft with the washers against the dampers
Perfect results
All the best
