I wanted to increase my flight time and I have tried pairing up a 6s1p 2200 packs to make a single 6s2p 4400 pack. However, using the parallel pack gave me 9 minutes of flight but it also produced more head speed that I had to bring down my idle1 to 75 percent from 95 percent. I know the voltage is the same, but whats up with the head speed? Anyone try this yet?

It's simple. Less internal resistance and less voltage drop equals more voltage and more power.

Thanks Mike!

Didn't think internal resistance could be so much of a difference.
