i have a blade 400 3d, if some can help me i need info to keep the tail straight,
servo upgrade, setting

We need more information.
What gyro are you useing ?
Check out the "Finless" 450SE build - set up videos.
Clue in of the 401 gyro set up if that is what you are useing.

i also have a blade 400 and original gyro i just changed the rotor servo yo a hitec hs-56HB and im having trouble stopping the tail from wagging.

First thing to try if it's wagging is reducing the gain.

Actually I would look first if the push rod for the tail pitch control is completely straight from the servo and that the guides aren't rubbing against it. Just a few days ago I was asked to look at a friend's Blade 400 and he was way low in the gain (20) but still getting tail wag. Turned out the guides were twisting the rod and the servo was having a hard time trying to compensate with the added friction.

After that turn the potentiometer in the gyro all the way to 100% and return your radio settings to default (I think it was 64%) if by then you are getting tail wag then you can start reducing the gain until it stops.
