Hi, I am wondering if anybody know what is in the future of the T-rex 500. Obviously the TT is part of it. How about beyond that. will there be a newer version of it. would they replace it with a different 500 class heli. Any big upgrades coming its way?.....

I don't see a reason for them to make a V2 version, they already have all the V2 designs incorporated in it. they might make a SE version with the TT and all metal upgrades, but not an SE V.2

yeah , they will release a .21 Cu slimer conversion ... actually the thought of a nova rossi reving at 55,000 rpm hovering would be pretty freaky ...

power to weight is not good for a smaller heli like the 500. an electric will blow it away.

There is no need to release a V2 yet. The 500 is a brand new heli and it is selling like hotcakes.
When Align notices the sales starting to drop off, then they will release a new version to stimulate sales. It may be a while before you see a V2 or SE. There is more money to be made selling you upgrades, so don't hold your breath waiting for an SE.

Someone from Taiwan also asked a similar questions to Align.
Alex replied to him and saying that they don't have plan to release the Trex500 with TT kit.
Who is Alex? The boss of Align.
