It would be nice if we can waterproof the electronics, just like the rc cars.

I almost expect to see a can of Coors come flying up out of the background. Nice view... again.

Now, quit rubbing it in!

Sorry, it's gonna be a few days.
I didn't have a camera the first time there.
Tonight we are expecting more snow and I'm sure high winds until Wednesday or so, then back into the 60's...I hope.
I'll do my best but the weather is not cooperating.

I just haven't had the chance to look into photobucket yet.
I'll check it out and if I have any questions I'll let you know.

Or you can just follow me around the forums and everytime I post a thumbnail you just make it bigger for me.:YeaBaby:

Wow, thanks Lock.:noteworthy

That one looks really nice! You can even see the snow covered mountains way in the background. I don't think they are all that clear even when the thumbnails are enlarged.

Now what other forums do I need to go to

You name it...I'm on it.;)

I can't believe we got all that snow last night, wind and snow all day today...
...and now that I'm at work it's 49 degrees, sunny and dead calm.:arggg:

That's OK, Friday looks like it will indeed be back in the 60's with light winds.
Cross your fingers, pray, do a sun dance or whatever you need to do for me to get some flyable weather.
This is like torture, discovering a real cool flying field and not being able to use it or share some pics with you guys.

I think you are springing for the tickets and Wolfpackin is springing for the beers! but can I request bud light (gotta watch my girlish figure) and not too hip on coors, but when it Rome....and if its free coors it is :YeaBaby:

Wolfpackin
05-13-2008, 09:02 PM
Sorry, can't do the free tickets.

How about free guided trips?
Summer/Flyfishing on Colorado, Blue, Fryingpan or Eagle Rivers.
Winter/Ski & Snowboarding at Vail or Beaver Creek Resort.

But maybe you should wait for the pics of the flying field.
I don't know how it compares to what's out there in civilization.;)

Edit:
Oh it's gotta be Coors, or for you guys I'd upgrade it to Fat Tire's.

My bad, it must be Murf who is springing for the tickets. Or was that Otto?

Who wants to fly out to CO to fly with Wolf raise your hand. :Bang

I moved from Colorado Springs down to San Antonio 8 years ago. It's right on 1,000 miles from my front door in Texas to the North side of Colorado Springs. When GAS wasn't so expensive, I'd do the drive in about 13 hours (don't ask how fast I was going!!!) but now it would be CHEAPER to fly!!!

HeliMix
05-13-2008, 09:09 PM
How fast were you driving?

Hey, that's only a couple-hour drive for me  I could even bring the Fat Tires.
