To date I have not posted any pictures on this site.
I just wanted to see how it works.
I have since added yellow K&B tail blades, yellow skid stops and a yellow stripe on the main blades.
I'll post some more scenic pics as the snow melts and I get to some better views.
I hope you enjoy this one.

How do I get a larger picture into the body of the post, instead of the thumbnail?

just testing this photo thing as i too have not used the sites upload feature, see how this goes :YeaBaby:
ok that didn't work, still got the thumbnail
so i'll go back to the way i upload most of my photos and thats host them at photobucket.com and then just link to them, usually i just paste the Image link here and the photo appears, lets see if that works
ok the image was too big so i'm editing its size, lets see how this goes

:DOH Sorry Wolf. The reason I made a post earlier was to say, "Awesome scenery. What a great shot. If I ship you my heli, will you take a picture there for me. That is nice", but the entire post did not paste for some reason. User error probably.
Please do not tell me that is out your back door?
You still have snow on the ground?

I d/l your pic and u/l'd it to photobucket to post for you (it is a nice pic) but your pic is too small - make one 640X480 and it will show very well. I blew it up but its too blury now.

Lock,
Thanks, it looks great like that...so how'd you do that?
HeliMix,
Thanks for the good words.
Please do not tell me that is out your back door?
You still have snow on the ground?
No, that was not out my back door but everything around here looks like that.
That was where I work my night job about 5 miles away from my house.
...And yes we still have snow in many places. We got 12" last Thursday.
Here's a couple more of the B400, sorry no scenery. But I added a couple of my CX2 from around the area.

I can post some rather large images up here. Most of mine are 1022x680. Like this one below. I think that is a good size.
PS - Yes, I could have posted a pic of my heli, but I thought my dogs playing tug of war would be a nice change of pace. And also, I am not trying to hijack your thread. Just ot sure why everyone has so much trouble with images up here and thought I would show it can be bigger.
And Wolf, you live in some beautiful country sir! Never been to CO before. Seeing your photos, if I ever go, not sure I could come home. ;)

Thanks, but make up your mind. One pic is too small, that one too big. Who are you? Goldielocks? Which one is just right?
PS-You should see them now. The dog on the left, still 20 lbs. The shepherd on the right, 98 lbs at just over a year old.

Now you have a good reason to do it.
Come on out here and I'll be glad to take you out on some of the many rivers and streams.
That goes for anyone who's heading out this way.
It would be my pleasure.
Wow, that's a big picture of me...now I'm embarrassed.

I have enough trouble landing on terra firma.
Way too much that can go wrong, water and electronics, for my skill level.
Hey, if I do that on the Colorado River and can't get my heli back out, maybe you could get it for me in CA.

OK, and I'll drop a nymph rig off the skids so if I hook a trout I can pull it out with the heli.
Now that would be a good video.
