Reflex on a Mac Dualbooted?

Hello
Recently my school required that every student buys a Apple MacBook. The Model I have has 2gb of ram, 2.4ghz dual core processor and an IntelGMA X3100 graphics processor with 144MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory graphics chip. I already run this on my gaming computer (Dual Nvidia 8800GT's) but just wonderin if it will work on a mac.

I have a 2.2 Pro, am I good? I am a total bonehead on this bootcamp thing but I'm going to try anyway. What is the process? I guess I need a copy of XP right? Which version of the sim should I get? One was 240ish and the other one was 160ish.
