Rx channels going live at different times after power-up?

Hi all,

Has anyone else noticed after switching on a 5014 Rx that channels 1,2 & 3 go live (ie servos start responding to control inputs) a couple of seconds after channels 4,5 & 6 go live? I noticed this with my Fury helis. After switch-on, the CCPM servos respond almost instantly but the rudder and throttle don't respond to Tx stick movements until a couple of seconds later. I have 3 x 35MHz 5014DPS receivers in CCPM helis and all of them behave the same way.

Anyone else get this behaviour on switch-on??

could be the gyro and governer initializing..

Must be part of WFSS since the Rx always has to check for that at power up.

I second the Gyro and Gov powering up, thats how mine does it as well and I have a 601 and GV1

I don't know for JR gyro but for all futaba gyros, you need to wait until you have a solid red light on the gyro when you power up you machine. this is normal!!! It's the time the gyro take to be initialyzed. Is not a 14MZ problem!!!!
