What's the longest tail blades I can run on a Raptor 50 with 600mm mains?

I wouldn't go bigger than 92 with the v2 boom.

Raptortechnique.com says 95mm. Has anyone here tried 95's.

95's work great on 50 class ships.

I had 95 on my V2 and at a fly-in, someone showed me his main blades that had a split in the end of the blade (yes they were trash), and said "this is what happens with 95's". On the bench I had the tail blade at an angle that would be the closest it would get to the main blades and I had the main blades going for and aft. I tried flexing the main blades down to see if they would make contact with the tail. I don't see how they would hit but I'm sure extreme maneuvers, the blades will flex more than I was willing to bend them on the bench.
Also I found some manufaturers blades are longer than others. I.E. TT 600 are slightly longer than Maverikk 600. Yes I'm measuring from the bolt hole.

I've had my Raptor Titan for a few months now and it came with Curtis Youngblood 95mm Tail Blades. Well i must say they were very nice but with my low stance landing gear i must land precisely or im bound to nick them, which i've done already. So YES they can be used on a 50 sized heli but its all depending on your landing gear stance, your vertical stab length (how far beyond the blades they go til it reaches the ground) and how flexible your main blades are.

Titan has a longer boom, you can get away with it. Be safe, you'll never tell the difference between 92 and 95.

I think the splitting is due to landing and it touching something hard.
I use 80MM wide chord GCT tail rotors (carbon) they keep the grass stains off cause they are short!
