Yikes... I thought when I first saw those pictures of the grips the weight humps looked too large! I guess you gotta break out the dremmel and grind them down. Hopefully not enough that you cant use the tapped holes on the humps as I bet you need to add balls there to increase the weight offset.

I am going to reture it.

I just think the design is not right. It might not need full travel but at least it should not hit. when the grip starting to hit the control arm, there are still about 1-2mm of travel left.

Hello U2slow,

The ones you have were machined in error by our CNC operator. He ran the older code for the prototypes.
Advance Hobbies will get the new ones next week. I have talked to Albert already.

The correct grips have the weights positioned farther out to clear the pitch slider.

I'm expecting a set from RC Hover any day now. Is the whole new batch the wrong version?

All dealers have been shipped the corrected versions.

The correct version for the 600N should look like these ones in the pics. The weights are further out to clear the pitch slider.

The prototype version had the weights positioned down towards the center of the rotor hub but we had modified the pitch slider to clear the weights.

Somehow the 600N uses a shorter tail shaft and a shallow pitch slider causing this interference with the weights. Our other weighted tail blade grips for the R50/R90 and Vibe 50 allows for the weights to be positioned down towards the rotor hub without interference from the pitch slider.
