It is times like these that make me happy I am not married. My dogs don't care what I do and where. In fact, they prefer me working on my heli in the living room or on the kitchen table, that way they can be close to me. :lol:

That is one area I never got ito, safes. I have my own but that is it. I enjoyed breaking into and stealing cars more. :lol:

LockMD & HeliMix: You guys STINK!! :shock: I don't have access to ANY forum at work because "BIG BROTHER" is always making sure that the high school students are locked out of any type of online communication while at school...AND they lock all the teachers as as well!
Imagine.....I actually have to TEACH my classes every day!?!?! At least I get that 4 month PAID (yeah, right!) vacation every summer (which is only really 6 weeks, unpaid!) and I'm making 6 figures teaching (in my dreams! I'm not a pro-basketball player!)
Sooooo.....am I not cool enought to be in the CLUB because I have Realflight G4 and not Phoenix? I guess I gotta drink my own beer, by myself (after I REALLY fly) and just use G4....I'll do some research on how I could possibly get a copy of that. No-one informed me of the "protocol" before I bought my copy of G4...
Anyway...it was fun to read your banter back and forth.....
I'll get my repair vid uploaded by Sunday....
The heli is flying GREAT, but with all the new parts, it's a little "tight", if that's the right word. I might have to mess with the expo to soften it up (there I go again, messing with stuff I shouldn't which is gonna cause me to crash again!)

I'm gonna put my G4 up for sale so I can get phoenix too. I have to sell it first though. I've shelled out 600 bucks in sims so far....FSOne (sucks) - Reflex (love it) - G4 got it to fly with buddies on the net but it doesnt work too well and it feels more like a game then a real heli.

I'm back. Not sure whop seemed to miss me more, my dogs or... Wait, what am I saying... You're all dogs too.:lol:
Went by one LHS on way home and picked up some parts, no 9t pinion though. Then went by HomieDepot, then home. Started some vid uploads, then to the other LHS complete opposite side of town from the other), picked up another part, some metal channel (for my secret project ;))... Still no pinion. But get this... Both shops have a few feathering shafts each. Guess my LHS's bought them all up. :lol: I grabbed a pack since I was there and they seem to be in high demand.
Have all I need for my project now. Will probably start on it tonight.

Welp, had I bought more... channel, I would be done. I will need to go back to the LHS in the morning and get some more. Maybe a few other things if they have them. It will be done tomorrow for sure. Buit don't get too excited. Some will like it, some will be like "why?" But me? I am looking at it now and it looks like what I wanted it to, which is cool. Once finished, it will likely look better. :thumbup:

I'm gonna do e-bay for my G4 but I'm gonna go ahead and order phoenix anyway. I downloaded the demo (which you can't play but just watch!) but it already looks better than G4. How is the blade 400 in Phoenix? pretty accurate?
Do I have to buy the stupid thing online or is there a USA distributor I can go through?!?
If I get it ordered today I could be flying it next weekend. I like the fact that you can use the DX6i directly withought having to buddy box through the G4.

You order it today, you will have it by next weekend. It took four business days for me to get my copy. I have not become a US dist yet so... Yea, there is not one. Order it directly from them. They have great customer service. I emailed them a few times before I bought my copy and they returned every email within hours of sending them.
Sweet! Another pilot to join us online. Looks like Lock might be the rotten egg (you remember? Last one in is a rotten egg? :lol:).
