Guess you are all flying with Helimix on the sim?
I think we should take up a collection and donate a Phoenix sim to the lock doctor, no?
Lemme guess, I have to chip in 200 first? :lol:

I got lost with WORK!! bummer huh!! I guess I have to pay for my fun somehow. :( I haven't had time lately to even fly. How about the rest of you working stiffs.

Well it's Friday! where are ya Helimix, you have to help make my day go by.
Set up a fly date with another local gonna take my HBFP, B400, and 600 to the field tomorrow morning - wish me luck - will try to get some vids too.

Ok, ok... I'm coming! Geezzzz... :mad: Just trying to get some work done so I can watch the dust settle on the boards with you today (as you say, it is slow on Fridays).
Cool on the fly. I'm so jealous. I have only found one local pilot thus far. Seems like most up here live close to you... Chump! :lol:
Man, YT is getting me mad. Started uploading two vids last night, and then it stopped. So, I restarted them and let it run all night, which usually works for me. This AM, they were still uploading. I left the computer on but I do not think it is doing anything. We shall see.
Ok, what else. Oh, I have an idea for storing my heli at home. I will probably run out at lunch to see if I can find what I need. I have to work on some vids this weekend but hopefully I will have time to work on my idea and possibly get it done. If it works out, I will then share it with you all. I see no reason it won’t work, just need to get it done. I think many will like it.

Yeah! I'm not alone anymore :)
including myself, I can think of about 8 of us.....we are all at different levels and 2 arent too local it would be cool to get everyone together at once and have NO crashes but that is next to impossible to do.

I need to get me a PC laptop. That way, I can bring Phoenix to work with me and fly around at lunch.
Was going to bring the heli to work today, but with the race next week, there is too much going on over near the speedway and our parking lot is not conducive to flying. Wish out warehouse was bigger. Then I could fly there rain, wind or shine.:fly

I ended up not bringing mine to work either -- everyone has seen the B400 and I still need to tweak some things on the 600 before I intro it to the public.

Ok, since you are not here now and out riding around, I think I will run over to the craft store and see if I can find what I need for my weekend project. Besides, it is lunch time on the right coast.

Well not really, you have to be able to entertain yourself. Sometimes I go home more beat then if I had actually worked all day.

Found most of what I need. I can get the rest at HomieDepot. Hopefully by Sunday I will have something to take pictures of and post.

Well, you both are sort of close. Ti RX-8 is correct in a way. That is something esle I want to get taken care of this weekend, a helipad for outside.

Well, it won't hang on the wall; so it will not help you. But I can figure something out there for you if you need it.
I've got it... Get a BIG landscape spike and a sledgehammer. Place the tip of the spike about mid way in the chassis of the said heli you want to hang, and then strike the snot out of it with the sledgehammer. Just make sure you get a stud or it may fall from the wall. :rolling

It is times like these that make me happy I am not married. My dogs don't care what I do and where. In fact, they prefer me working on my heli in the living room or on the kitchen table, that way they can be close to me. :lol:
