Totally agree, Great service..

They answer emails very very fast compared to just about everybody else other than ReadyHeli who seems to have someone asleep at the computer at all times.

Used Helidirect both from main site and from Ebay and dont have any problems.

I live in India, and had ordered three packages from Helidirect over the last two months. Their service has been amazing, to say the very least! One package got delayed in post and Katie was very helpful indeed, till I finally received it. I am very impressed, and I have just placed my fourth order on them.
