New Battery Puffed?

I really don't know what a puffed battery looks like, but I just ordered 2 new Kong Power 3s 2200's, and i noticed that one looks more round on top. I was charging it, and it just looked puffy to me compared to the other one so I stopped. The battery wasn't warm or anything, and the blinky balancer said all cells were balanced and at an acceptable voltage before charging. Am I just overreacting or should I try and return the battery? Like I said, I'm no pro on batteries, but the one is definitely more rounded on top than the other.

Here are some pix. The pack feels solid...not squishy at all. are all puffed lipos soft? i think i'm just paranoid...

looks slightly ballooned, not quite puffed.
I'd keep a close eye on it for the next few cycles and see what happens.

but it's new....i didn't even charge it yet. should i just call the place i bought them from? i also noticed that both packs came reading 12.8v, and the instructions say that it should not be more than 4.2v/cell, so they are already overcharged?

If you received a 3s pack @ 12.8V I would definitely return it.

12.5 fresh off a charger is a bit high.
I'd call them.

Thats funny because my KP is puffed as well. I have another set but one got taco'd and the other is in my RC car..

I use the TP charger combo

I thought these things weren't supposed to puff. And I NEVER overdischarge.

mine came like that new and I can assure you that is not puffed. I am still doing 3D with the mKong for the last 4 cycles happily albeit a little soft now.
