I put the new crystal in my Belt, buttoned everything up, went to check the set-up and -

The servo plugged into channel 1 on the reciever moves all the way forward when the battery is plugged in.

None of the other servos are misbehaving, and the one that does, doesn't twitch back and forth, just moves to the end of it's travel. At that point it responds to stick movement, 'course there's not much travel since it's at the end of it's arc.

So whadda ya think? Bad Servo? Bad reciever? It started just now, worked fine while testing the new crystal.

I hate electronics. :arggg:

You can tell if it's the servo if you just switch the wires with any other one. If the problem jumps to the other servo, it has to be either the receiver or the transmitter... And you can determine which if you try it with a 4-channel transmitter from your Lamas.

My money says it's the Tx, but of course that's just a guess.

:DOH Thanks Mika - It's a bad servo. All the others work fine in that channel. I hate electronics.

Waiting for parts again. :(

The good news is, now I'll have time to put together a Dauphin Lama. Lama Dauphin?
What ever you call it, it's a pretty cool looking body.
