Servos for vstabi: absolutely slope free?

Hello i have a L500 3d vstabi with s9451 on cyclic and bls251 on tail and BBT Maniac main and tail blades.

I have tested many config files from many pilots and also different mine configuration but i can't solve a problem of stability.

When i do some 3D manouver the heli in neutral fase (zero pitch and aile elev center) goes to one side for example to right or to left or rear slightly. Anyway in hover in classic mode it is perfect.

So i have to ask you if the problem can be the cyclic servos. The s9451 has a little of play and they had slope even whe they were new.

I notice that the movement caused by the play of the servos to swashplate is near like a one sinlge click of trim (single arrow) under the vstabi software.

What can you suggest? The other servos has less play? Because if i had to spend other money to change them i need to be sure.

What is the different between 9451 and 9452 or bls451 at the point of view of the gears and play?

I don't know if trying the DS821 only for a test because they have plastic gear quite play free.

not sure I can help, but I have quite some slop at my robbe RS550 servos and have not noticed what you are saying. instead I haveissues with fast forward flight oscillations...

Ok i have tested it and it is quite well not perfect yet but better than before. i have to understand were to change the vstabi parameters.

Are you stil getting roll in Tic-Tocs? It hovers in one place in Classic? What is still wrong?

My heli can't stay rock solid in hover. Even if i do the trim procedure perfectly, it hovers well for a moment and after some 3d manouvers i return in hover and it doesn't stay there where i put it.

I see that often in hover it goes to left and back a little but this is not costant because it goes sometimes also to right a little. If i repeat the trim procedure the problem is always there, so it is for that reason that i start to think that the problem are the servos.

I have started also a new basic config, i set the swash level to 0° with a swash leveler, i have done the calibration procedure and the tail piro optimization, and after i have done the trim procedure at field with always only 1 click to right and forward.

Yours in hovering are rock solid? Can you put away your fingers from radio? I can't.

Now i don't know if i'm paranoid but looking to Matt Botos or other pilots with vstabi they have a rock solid hely during 3D manouvers.... Or are they giving always corrections? (some correction is normal but even my Trex450SE can fly a little better with no corrections needed in some manouvers vs my logo...)

I have mounted the sensor in gyro stock position in the back lower side of the frames making attention of center the axis correctly.

Now i will proceed removing again the head (i have a spare main shaft) and i will reset all and i will restart the swash trim procedure with wizard and i will repeat the piro optimization and i will repeat the calibration procedure as the pic you posted in your post, removing the tail (before i have done it removing only the head).

After i will put againn your swash and tail parameter and i will see...

Because i can't do anything you said with my heli (stationary piros and rock solid hover)
