As many are aware, i am new to the 90 size machines, I'v read the manual on the engine, there are TWO ways by which installing fuel lines can be.
1. The return is gone to the fuel tank
2. the return is met with the main line using a T-Nipple.
the manual suggests option (1) and says that using a T-nipple would cause sensitive mixture adjustments and leaning at half-throttle..
can anyone share their experiences with this issue to help me choose please?!
I am using MPII muffler and on a Raptor 90
Thanks,

I sent my fuel return to the bottom of the Rappy 90 tank. I don't seem to have a fuel problem with that setup at all.

The T is not the preferred method. Use a return line back to your tank.

Use 5 min epoxy. It works great for sealing exhaust flanges. Just smear the epoxy on the flange and mount the muffler.
If you don't have 5 min, then 15 or 30 minute will work also. Just takes longer to cure.
The epoxy is a little easier on the glow plugs. The High Temp RTV will break off and get into the glow plugs and usually kill them.

Raptor-4-life..
Now go fly that beast.
It's way too much fun if you are comming from a 50 or 30 size bird. Just remember it responds much faster than a smaller bird.

David , but wouldn't that make it impossible to remove the muffler's connecting block? (I am using MPII)
frank, YES YES I CAN'T WAIT !! GOTTA HEAR THE SOUND OF THIS MONSTER!
just looking at this HUGE engine gives me the HebiJibiJeez!

Nope the muffler and or header will be no problem to remove when needed. The epoxy seals great and has very little adhesion on a metal to metal surface.
