Hi All,

As I've been lurking on this forum (and "the other") for some time now. I thought it was about time I posted something.

Does anybody have a good sources for spare parts for the Belt CP? Preferably a bricks and mortar store in the Oxford (UK) area. I have used Heliguy, RCmods, Fast Lad and various EBay sellers in the past but I hate the waiting for parts to arrive . I would much prefer to go into a shop and pick up the bits that I need.

Not sure of any in the Oxford area. There is Als Hobbies in Milton Keynes www.alshobbies.com (http://www.alshobbies.com)

Of course you can always buy upgraded parts from www.beltcp.co.uk (http://www.beltcp.co.uk) which is my site. ;)

Thanks for that. I did have a look at your site yesterday but the main gear was out of stock! Next time I'm at our MK office i will have to pay Als Hobbies a visit.

Hi Muppetman and welcome to THE forum. Hope you have better luck in Oxford, cos around my area - Winchester/Salisbury/Southampton - there are few model/hobby shops, most of which do not do helis, and if they do, it is usually Trex stuff, sometimes Eflite. I have found no-one in my area who stocks pEsky parts, so I do as you do and got online/ebay. But yes the wait can be tiresome - see "Itchy Fingers" thread!!!!!!!!!

Isn't there a model flying club at Kidlington, if my memory serves me correct? They might have some information...

Hi Helihathnofury, thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure about a flying club but Howes Models is in Kidlington. As far as I know they don't stock the Belt CP or spares for it (although they do stock other Esky helis). I have a look for a flying club in the area.
