I got myself a EOS Duo a few days back, and sadly there seems to be some issues with it. Ch2 works perfectly, but it seems CH1 is busted. When I charge Identical packs flow for the same duration and style, the pack on CH2 will finisheh and the finished tone sound. But CH1 never finishes, I see all cells as 4,2V, no balancing seems to be going on and the amps drops to 0 after a while. But the damn thing does not end, the timer just keeps counting and counting, and in the end the voltage just drops. I tried giving it over 1 hour extra, but the same just continues.
I figured I should try to upgrade the firmware, but what kind of data connection cable do I need? Cant seem to find it listed anyway. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
