Going to fit a UBEC into my Blade 400.
Have HS65MG servos.
Hitec 5000 gyro/servo combo.
Standard Spectrum reciever.
Standard ESC
Flight power batterys.
Here is what i bought that i wish to fit.

Now do i just solder it to the deans conectors coming from my ESC and then replace the throttle wire from my ESC to my reciever with the UBEC wires?
Do i need to wire the ESC Earth into the UBEC wiring earth to keep the circuit propper?
Do i need to set the UBEC to 6volts or 5 volts.
Should i cut the on off switch out of the UBEC and just re solder it together eliminating the switch so the reciever can power on as soon as i connect my flightpower battery or can you turn it on after i connect the battery without the chopper spooling up and cutting my hand off? Ide rather ditch the switch all together if its pointless, so to eliminate any weak spot prone to failure.
Im a bit of a newb with electronics so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know how this ubec work, but I'm sure it the same with my ccbec. I solder the power of the ubec(red/red and black/black wire) together with my esc power wire in the deans. Then I unplug the red wire(from the black connector) of my esc going to the rx and fold the red wire and wrap it with electrical tape. Then I plug my ccbec in the batt/bind slot in my rx. And whoola your fine now. So if you do this set-up make sure you isolate the power wires with heatsink tubing and don't forget to grab a voltage tester and test everything first OK.

That one looks like it has a couple of extra leads on it?? Could just be the picture, but looks like it may have a socket to plug the esc into, then plug the bec into the throttle connection on the receiver. Strange, there seems to be an extra plug there still.....
Wait til it arrives and have a look at the instructions I think!

Yes there is an extra plug. The esc plugs to the throttle as is(minus the red wire). And the ubec/ccbec/extrernal bec has its own plug going to the batt/bind pins.
No,no,no the ubec does not plug to the esc(no plug here). It just takes power from the dean and plug directly to the rx via batt/bind pins. We have only 2 female plugs going to the rx the esc and the ubec. Is everything clear if not I will take pics and post it here. If I'm wrong or I miss something please feel free to clarify it.

Still confused.
I was gonna cut the switch out and bypass it by soldering the wires together, dont need a switch.
But the wires coming from the ESC to the throttle port on the reciever, what happens to them, surely the black has to be grounded to either the motor mount or soldered to the UBEC black output wire that goes into the reciever battery port. im sure the ESC wouldnt work if not earthed. What happens to the red wire coming out the ESC, do i just cut it off and tape it up and the motor gets its power thru the other 3 wires coming from the ESC.
Im confused if anyone has a clue please help me :D
As it is still in the mail i dont have the instructions yet and wether it comes with instructions is another story.

You need to remove the RED wire from the ESC/throttle plug (+5v) leave the other two yellow and black wires connected. then plug in the BEC to the battery post on the receiver.
If you don't and plug in the BEC you will give 10v or 11v to the receiver and more than likely cook the receiver or the servos or both.
