I flew LiPos for years without balancing, though eventually I added balance leads to all my batteries. You just charge through the discharge lead using a Lipo-compatible charger.

I recommend, though, pulling back the shrink wrap and at least testing with your voltmeter to ensure the batteries are reasonably in balance (within a few hundredths of a volt of one another). I would also take the precaution of only charging to 4.1v/cell rather than 4.2v/cell on batteries without a balance lead to reduce the risk of overcharge (my aging Great Planes Triton does this for me).

Or else, solder your own balance leads onto the batteries. If they have a PCB, it's trivial. If there's no PCB and the cells are just soldered together, you need to get aluminum solder to be able to do it.
