I have some problems with my Duo charger, CH1 never ends its charing. Ch2 works perfecly, but for some odd reason Ch1 never seem to end it's charing before the timer runs out. I can see the voltage reach it's destination limit, the amp from the charger drops down to 0.00 amps, but the damn thing wont stop or sounds it's alarm.

I talked to Helidirect, and I was the second one to report this issue that very day. Also talked to two friends of mine who both have this charger, and one of them are also experiencing this. Anyone else out there dealing with this issue, have had it sorted or just dealing with it? Aint a huge problem, but it forces me to check the voltage time and time again instead of just wait for the alarm...

Are you running the latest Firmware?

It should be flashing end/cccv and the timer should stop. You can also change the finish sounds and the capacity it finishes at. However the charger will continue to hold the pack at 4.2V per cell and balance as necessary. It doesn't cut all together like many chargers do as technically the CV stage could go on nearly infinately as current approaches zero.

I'd probably flash it as well just to see if the problem went away. Mine definately works the exactly the same on both channels.

I got the cable shipped from Helidirect now, will try to upgrade it once I get that in my hands. Hopefully that will solve it, but since Hyperion seemed unaware of the problem I doubth they have adressed it in the Firmware yet.

Yes but do you get the "end/cccv" message or not? If you do all is well and the DUO is working correctly. if not you may have a problem.

I had the same problem also on channel one. Got it exchanged under warranty. The new one works great on both channels so far.

Nope, no end/cccv message, no sound, no nothing. After it reaches the peak, the amp drops to 0,00 and the battery actually starts dropping very slowly.

Strange indeed, have you tried swapping the Adapter Boards around to see if it's a problem with it?
