Now I have 42/61 with 20t OWB and 14t pinion. CF Frame. Can I change gearing (except smaller pinion) for lower headspeed?

Frebor,
You can do this in a number of ways - keep your current set-up and buy a 13 tooth pinion or change the primary gear to a 50 tooth version and keep your current pinion - this is what I have done on my new set up.
Cheers,
Mike.

Will replacing 61t with 50t not affect anything else? Is it just a bolt on or do I have to replace any other gears as well?

You change the 42T on the front OWB jack-shaft to a 50T. You will have the re-position the motor in the motor mount.

Itīs ok. My brain stopped working for a while and I thought that you should replace the main gear 61t with a 50t... Not the 42t... So I thank you both

And another question:
May I use the rear main gear 61tooth as a front main gear? It fits, and turns, but I'm not sure about that!?!
thx

Yes the 61 tooth gear works fine. I was running the 61tooth front gear for awhile when I was using the Z20-1470.

sorry if this is a bit off topic...
How will replacing the stock OWB with the 20t OWB change your HS? And are these two parts the same tooth count but different alloys:

Because you are changing the gear ratios of you drive change - it's exactly the same as changing gear in your car

changing to the 20T will add about 200 rpm
and no, those are different parts. the one that says 20T is the new 20T, the other is the 19T

Look at the above post...it has a great gear calculator...allows you to change any gear and/or motor.
The 20 OWB adds about 100 more RPM at the head and is a much better gear...beefier and so far we have not had any posts about it failing.
