View Full Version : What to do with my Logo 10 Carbon?

Here's my dilemma. Last year I crashed my Logo 10 and broke the blades, some head parts and a few of the plastic parts of the frame. Using the Neu 1910/1Y on 6S with a 20T pinion keeps stripping the maingear and the last time it happened I wasn't in a position to bail out safely.

In order to get it back in the air I need probably $100 worth of parts, new blades, new servo gears, and I've stolen some parts off it to get my Logo 500 in the air, so I would also need to buy a new BEC and a new gyro and tail servo (although I would probably buy upgrades for the 500 and put the originals back on the 10).

Given the current resale market for Logo 10's I'm wondering what I should do with it - if I fix it up I'm not entirely sure that I would fly it that often because I suspect my flybarless Logos will always win out.

Do I fix it and get it air-worthy and sell it? Do I part it out? Do I fix it and fly it?

You could shorten it and make a Logo 400 carbon.

try a long series pinion and run two main gears together ?

i would run smaller blades say 470mm on a 3700 5s pack , oh thats what i am doing ;-)
