To Clarify this is the t-rex 600 Quick UK tail and are you using the supplied UK bolts through the Mikado balls or what is the deal exactly on that part? Geometry looks good, any binding either way etc at all to worry of?

Mikado balls, screws, and 3030 pitch arm. Alignment is close to stock. If you mount with the the hub towards the boom, no worrys of over center link. I have been using this on the Logo w/ 623s for 6 months, and now on the Logo w/ 680s also. Able to increase gain 10% to 15%.

hub towards boom, what you mean there by that part? Like move the hub in closer than stock flat spot or what??

Yes, move the hub to the middle of the flat spot.
