Default plastic belt pulley

i made an order recently and had purchased steel belt pulleys for my 600. my kit came with plastic pulleys.. is there anything really bad about them?? what can eventually happen if i leave them in?

The plastic pulleys sometimes spin on the shaft which kinda makes the tail rotor not work so well.

Best case scenario, the tail will wag or drift... Worst case, the tail stops working altogether and the helis starts spinning.... (If that happens, hit hold and auto it down...)
