hey everyone,
(all my servos are JR 241 Micro Servo) (stock gyro)
so when im on still on the ground my heli tends to like yawing to the right...when i get up in the air though that yawing stops and the tail is just very shaky....
anyone have any suggestions?
one of my flying buddies said to change the gyro settings on the reciever, but because im new to helis, i dont kno what all those numbers mean....can someone please explain that too...

thanks

lower your gain to stop the tail from wagging but if the whole heli is shaking - balance your blades. I've had a couple pair now that came really out of balance

are carbonfiber blades more balanced then wooden ones?

the numbers in the radeo are the % of gain you want you gyro to see for instence you have gyro seting 0 and setting 1 setting 0 should be somthing above 50% setting 1 should be below 50%
so your setting 0 is heading hold mode
setting 1 is raits mode
you want to fly in heading hold mode

know how to set it up
with your gyro switch at setting 0 heading hold mode
go in to the menu and scroll down tell you see GYRO select it
the screen will say GYRO settings 0 and 1
you need setting 0 select it
ok now the fun part if you tail is bouncing you want to lower you setting i like to do 10% at a time if you tail is not holding increase your % and that should be it take your time
but i would request that you get your self a GY401 and you well love yourself for it
have fun
