Since I just removed and replaced my engine crankcase, I thought I'd share the trick someone shared with me for easily removing a cylinder sleeve.

Remove cylinder head
Cut 4" square piece of heavy cotton t-shirt material (or suitable rag)
Rotate crankshaft to get piston at bottom dead center
Place cut rag into cylinder, and using tooth pick, push it into the port openings a short distance (not too much, just enough for the piston to get stuck on as it travels upwards)
Heat the engine case with a heat gun. Not too much heat, but just enough for just a hint of smoke from evaporating oil to be present
Grab case in one gloved hand, and twist the fan / clutch assembly to force the piston up, which gets stuck on the rag, pushing the cylinder sleeve up with it.
When piston reaches top of travel, grab sleeve with gloved hand and pull it the rest of the way out.To install new sleeve

put new sleeve in freezer
install piston in engine
align ring gap with piston ring gap pin, slide ring so the ring gap is tight in the groove, and opposite side of ring extends out past the piston lip
coat everything in oil from evaporated glow fuel.
heat crank case with heat gun on propane torch (ta
go get the sleeve out of the freezer, and quickly
rough align sleeve with pin in crank case
make first contact with piston where the ring gap and ring pin is located, so as not to disturb the piston / ring gap relationship
push sleeve into crank case, making sure it aligns with sleeve alignment pin.
Get beer and enjoy reassembling the rest of the engine. As I finish typing this, I realize that the odds are favorable that Finless Bob has probably recorded a video tutorial of this process :o

I'm not aware of one. It's too bad you didn't make a video yourself.
