i dont undertand what the matematicall relation in all varable beetewn the relation, of engine rpm, pinion thoot, bateries C'S, and all that staff.
what are the relation what's it's better i ask the folloween i now i just scared AS A HELL.
HDX500SE V2
- Cyclic Servos x 3 85mg hitec
- Accessories: : 1 x Carbon Fiber Tail Boom 455 (+$14.99) $421.31
OUTRAGE XP25 6S1P 2200mAH 25C - XTREME POWER SERIES $239.90
Align 100A Brushless ESC(Governer Mode) RCE-BL100G $118.99
Align 500L Brushless Motor(1600KV) RCM-BL500L $90.99
Futaba 401 Gyro
Futaba 9254 tail servo
Futaba 138 receiver
Futaba 7 hcp
AND MOST IMPORTANT I BUY ALL RHINOS THOOT PINION 12,13,14,15,16, X,Y Z,
WHAT COMBINATION I HAVE TO DO? IT'S GOOD THIS COMBINATION?
PLEASE HELP ME STILL CAN CHANGE.
THANKS VERY MUCH

That motor is to high a kv if you running the stock 94 tooth main gear.
A Kontroniks Kora 15-16 motor on a 19 tooth pinion looks good.

can you explain the math's? of all variables?

The following link is a great headspeed calculator. I use it all the time to help me choose pinions and motors.

Hi Kuryaky,
I'll give it a try to point you in the right direction. I have the HDX 500 V2 also, but running on 4s, so not an apples to apples comparison, but I should be able to make some sense of it for you.
First I need to ask what main gear you have? The stock 94 tooth, or the upgraded 130 tooth? Reason being, this will greatly affect your headspeed with the pinions you have. Most out there flying this seem to like around 3000 rpm on the head. I'm running around 2900 for just general cruising around, but on 4s it feels quite heavy in the air compared with my other heli (Hurricane 550 on 6s) I have gearing for 6s on my HDX, and hope to try it out this weekend to see if it cures the heavy feeling.
Now investigating your gearing choices, if you are running the stock 94 tooth main gear you don't have a pinion small enough to get down to around 3000 rpm with the high Kv motor you have. With the 13 tooth you will have 4081 rpm on the rotor which would be ballistic but I would be fearful that at that rpm the rotor head might self distruct, so be extremely careful if you spool this bird up! If you are running the 130 tooth main gear then 12 or 13 would be perfect this gets you at 2951, and 3197 respectively.
My only other suggestion is to be careful to program the soft start on the Align speed control to the softest start that it has, the gears on the 500's strip easily, and at 6s this problem only gets worse, If running the 130 you probably don't have a problem. If just starting out I would leave the ESC with governer mode off. Starting off I would run something like 0,15,70,85,100 (on 130 main) the low start up is just a gear saver, but probably not necessary with an Align ESC they soft start nice. If using the 94 pinion (be careful) 0,10,45,55,65 Bear in mind that if you use this curve it should work to test out the heli, but will be hard on batteries, most outrunner motors only run efficiently over 85% throttle, so watch your battery temps! You don't want to destroy your new packs right off the bat.
Hope this helps.

mi friend YOUR ARE AMAZING thanks very much for your time and patien the software IT'S awasome. i'm glad now i now i´m can calculous everything. THE MATH'S ARE A RATIO 3 rule.
thanks

Remember that most out runner motors are 85% efficient and most inrunners are 90%.

where i can find the 130 pinion tooth because i dont see it in HELIDIRECT LET ME KNOW I STILL CAN ADD SOME ITEM TO MY ORDER.
I'M PERFECTLY UNDERSTAND THE MATH'S OF ALL VARIABLES. VERY GOOD EXPLAINATION.

If your running the stock frames then the 94 is the only main gear you can use. I think they offer a frame upgrade to use the 130 main gear.
