Those Rotortech 515 blades look really nice, and with Rotortech's rep for great quality and awesome performance, I think I wanna try a set. Has anyone tried them in the 550 yet? Will 15mm make a huge difference compared to the 500s. Too bad Radix blades don't come in a 500 size though, those are my faves on the Trex450.

Also, I'm looking into a new ESC. I have the stock 50A GAUI and it's not cutting it. Been looking at a CC80, Scorpion 90A-6cell, or the Align 75A. Can you guys steer me the right direction please. I've been hearing about some trouble with the higher amp CCs burning up so I'm kind of leaning towards the very expensive Scorpion or the dependable cheap Align, but the Scorpions look so cool and have so many features.

Thanks in advance guys.;)

I fly the GCT (Maverrick) carbon blades and they give awesome performance with Hacker motor and 3300mAh 6 cell.

yea i would like to try those to... as for esc i would get the align 75amp(what i have) because if you get the scorpion esc you will have to get the one with a bec and its alot more money... the regular scorpion esc doesnt support 6cells. i dont know about the cc one but since the align works great why pay more money

is there anything wrong with the Gaui 75a ESC?? or is it just a re-badged Align one?

ive never tried the gaui 75amp... i cant figure out if its programmable or not, plus it doesnt look like it has a heatsink, it looks like its just like the gaui 50amp and here in texas i need whatever cooling i can get lol... plus at grandrc the align 75amp is on sale so i just got that

Thanks for the help guys! I've narrowed it down to the CC80 and the Align 75. I'm really considering the CC80 now because my friend can get it for me for $80 and that's a savings of over $50 from normal price! I think the CC80 is OK as long as I use a separate BEC so that's what I'll do. Please let me know if there's any reason I shouldn't get the CC.

Thanks again!:Bang
