Ok I bent my flybar and I have one left over from my X-spec but it is 9mm longer will make a dif or should I just worry about proper space gap between fly bar and blade grip?

That flybar will be fine. You might notice the cyclics being just a little different. But I doubt it will be enough to make much of a difference.
