I have been flying CF hurricane approx. 10 times and I always get 1-2 sec of motor cut, receiver is going into safe mode it seems ... really annoying. This never happened with the plastic frame.
Someone is another forum suggested to ground the frame with negative pole of the lipo.
Wanted to know if people here have same suggestion before trying it out.

grounding your lipo to the frame can (and has caused) electrical fires. check to make sure there is no loose bolts causing the CF to rub against anything.. that can cause RF interference. also check for any wires that are rubbing against the frame to make sure they aren't getting cut.. and lubing the belt with a silicone spray will help keep static from building

I am using JR PCMX II on the 35Mhz band with PCM receiver.
One things for sure, CF frame is creating more problems than platic frame.
Will try to lub the belt to start with, next don't know, maybe 2.5Ghz module for my radio.

It's why everyone has been saying they use the 2.5 mhz dual rcvr's...the cf frme can block out the signal...
also, one guy took a wire and grounded the silver tail roller that runs on the belt to the boom with a wire....he said it helped get rid of static...

Was reading about this grounding in above link, will not try it for sure ...
Is there other things that could mprove the situation with CF frame and FM PCM radio ? I will try to lub the belt this week-end, but what more could be done ?
Really hate to lose control of my bird like this ...

I'm not entirely sure you have a static issue really.. since you use a FM radio any CF parts that rub can cause RF interference.. make sure there are no loose screws or CF parts rubbing.. also keep the receiver as far away from the motor and ESC as possible. Maybe attach a ferrite ring to the ESC wires going to the receiver. Or better yet, get a 2.4ghz radio :D
