AR6100e blinking led

Hi just wondering, I just changed all my ships to Spektrum, and I have one question, I made everything as it's supposed to be, on the 2 nitros with the AR700 I didn't have any problems, but with the AR6100e for my Trex 450, I binded it and it works, but the led keeps blinking is this normal? cause on the AR7000 the orange led doesn't blink,

I'm using a 9303 with the Spektrum module, and the AR6100e is
v 1.6
