part differences

what are the differences between these 2 parts? (if any)

i'm sure one is for the shaft drive but i fail to see the difference.

You are correct the 203541 is for the shaft version. They are the same gear and oneway bearing. The difference being the oneway bearing is installed upside down in the shaft version as opposed to the belt version. The shaft version manual states that you can use either. But if using the belt version in the shaft driven heli you have to invert the gear and the owb in the gear and remove the cover.
