Futaba servo/JR receiver

Hey...
Ok, so I'm pretty sure this has been addressed probably no less than 500 times, but I've been looking all over the place and I can't find it: I can use Futaba servos with my JR receiver by shaving off the 'key' on the plug (right??), but which way does the plug go into the receiver?

The plug goes in with the black wire to the bottom or the outside of the receiver and the signal wire toward the top or inside. The black wire is the equivalent of the brown wire on you JR servos. Just plug in the servo like you would a JR servo matching the wires.
