Roto Tech 430 or align 425mm blades

Hi,

I crashed my Trex500, which had Align 425mm blades. I have to get new blades now so my question is which ones are good Roto Tech 430 or align 425mm blades? I not in hard 3D just flips, rolls, and inverted hovering.

Please advise.

Well, since they're about the same price, I've heard great things about the Rototechs. I personally like the black/yellow color scheme, but besides for aesthetics, I hear that the Rototechs, along with the yellow/black Align 430's are snappier and better for tick tocks, rainbows and other snap maneuvers.

I'm only going by word of mouth since I've only just flown the Align 425's, but I need some new blades so I'm going to be ordering some to try out. I might just try the yellow/black Aligns if they're similar to the Rototechs.

Stick with the white align 425. I have a set of the yellow 430's. and they dont fly as good as the white align. Tehy arent as fast as the 425's.

Go for the Rotortech/Align black and yellow blade's.... Their the same blade align just has their name on them... I used the white Align's and their pretty good as well But I just prefer the Rotortech's...

I flew the White aligns v's the align /rotortechs last week. I can tell you the yellow ones have more punch and are alot noisier.

i prefer the white align blades. the yellow/black ones didn't feel like they had the pop the white ones do.

i see we have several differing opinions so it looks like you'll have to determine for yourself which ones you like best.

strange batch of replies. there's a lot of conflict. i fly 5s 15T and the rotortechs are stiffer and have more pop than the 425s.

I fly scorpion 15 tooth at 2800 RPM in gov. mode. ANd the 430's are actually queiter and They are not as poppy as the White aligns. IN climbout and in rainbows the White aligns move alot faster. I used to run the Yellow aligns at 3000 RPM. No problems. When i went back to the white aligns. I had to govern my Heli to 2800 RPM. Just because the heli felt too agressive and too Fast with the white ones.
