I need a new charger and 6s is all I really need to do. The specs on the Kong Power is a little confusing, its says 9900mah but MAX 5 amps charging. Does that mean it will only do 5 amps or 9.9 amps? the TP 610c will do 10 amps.
Does anybody have either one of these chargers? Would you recommend either one? I really dont need a bigger charger.
Thanks
Steve

It'll only do 5 amps. The 9900 mAh spec is just the highest battery capacity that can be entered in the menu.

I have the Maxpro X6, which is the same charger internally but with a different enclosure. I really like it, but I've never used a TP 610c, so I can't make a comparison. The firmware in the Kong Power charger is user upgradable; I don't know whether the TP charger can make the same claim. You can also use a computer to graph your charging sessions with the Kong Power; again, I don't know whether you can do the same with the TP charger.

Edit: I just noticed that the TP charger is only rated at 80 watts. That means you could only use a 10A charging rate with no larger than a 2S pack (10A x 7.4V = 74W). Not a big selling point IMO.

Oh, I didnt quit understand the whole watt thing with the amp rating and such! Thanks Alan. I guess the TP-610c is out for me.
