Some people have put 9257 gears in 9650 servos. Can you put 9650 gears in 9257 servo? Will that give the 9257 more torque / same torque & speed as the 9650? BECAUSE I would like to put the metal gears that can fit into the 9650 into some spare 9257's that I have

Yes, the gears will interchange., but I don't know about the metal ones. Something else way well break in a crash if you do install metal ones.
