I have found a simple way to determine the correct Aileron Collective Compenasation is by doing both Left and Right rolls. They should both be axial. If the value is too low or high it may roll correctly one way but not the other. This value is dependent on many variables; headspeed, blades, TR speed, Tail blade length...

Good starting values are;
25-30 Collective Comp (check with climbouts)
15 Aileron Comp (rolls)
Elevator Comp is Aileron value - 2-3 ie. (12) (front and back flips)
