New Heli-Only Club in Bealeton, VA

Well I am proud to announce that Clay and I have launched a brand new Heli-only club in Bealeton, VA. Virginia Radio Controlled Helicopter Association (VARCHA) is now accepting new member applications.

NOTE: VARCHA is a 2.4 Ghz ONLY club, so you cannot fly at our field on 72 mhz.

Hey just a quick shout out to everyone that showed up at out Open House on Sunday. Everyone had a great time.... even Cla, even though he just about kitted his 600...

I have the distinction of having taken the fields cherry--so to speak. It is a great field. The club is made up of fine folks and is run as if professionally. I did not plan to join because it is some distance for me to drive but, it was such a great place, I changed my mind.

If you are near the central Virginia area and, are looking for a place which actually likes helicopters, I strongly recommend you check it out.
