I have a new Flight power EVO-RX 3000mAh 2s2p 7.4V Li-Po. I've accidently left it connected to my voltage regulator which has a voltage level indicator light. This light has been draining power from the battery over a couple of weeks. After trying to recharge it on my e-station BC6-10 I get the following message. "Battery check.....low voltage". How do I trickle charge it on this charger, or have I just ruined a brand new battery?

I have a simlar problem with a thunder power 3400mAh Rx 2S2P pack where I also let it drain for a few weeks. It now reads 3.58 volts. I read else where a simlar 2S2P pack went as low as 0.978 volts and they recharged using a TP1010 as a NIMH up to about 4 volts, they then switched it over to the 1010 lipo mode and the recovery mode kicked in.At this stage they had to reset it every 60 seconds until the voltage get up to about 7 volts and then the initial charge will kick in. they then reset the charge every 10 minutes, When it gets up to 7.5 volts the normal cycle of charging will kick in.
I am just wondering how safe my battery would be then in flight. At 3.58 volts, i would not have far to go to get it over the 4 volts. I would probably use it as a back when I/if i got it to fully charged.
Any thoughts or other recommendations... I do understand that during the above procedure, the lipo can puff or even explode....
