Hi, i am a newbie to RC Heli.
What is the difference between 450, 500 and 600 Heli?
Once you get on to 500 or higher, does it mean you will not enjoy on a 450 or lower range?

In short: size, stability, and price.
A lot of what you decide on buying depends on your budget and space to fly it.
The 450 can be flown in the back yard of most people's houses, but the 600 is going to need a lot more space for most pilots.
The 450 can be somewhat twitchy and a little harder to control for a beginner. The 500 and the 600 have very similar stability characteristics.
The 450 is by far the cheapest to own. The kit price of the 500 and 600 are very similar, but the build price and replacement parts (i.e. blades, batteries, etc.) are quite a bit higher for the 600 than both of the smaller helis. For example, you can get 4 or 5 good quality batteries for the 450 for the price of one decent quality battery for the 600. It's about a 2:1 ratio for the 500.
I personally started with a small co-ax and a couple of 450's. Shortly after that I purchased a 600E and then the 500 a few months later. I still fly the 450's more than any of them. So, to answer your question, I still enjoy the 450's as much as the first day I ever flew one. Other people give them up after moving to bigger heli's, but I don't have any plans to.
Buy what you can afford to crash and have the room to fly.

Here's a side-by-side size comparison.

Like Skarn, I have all 3 of Align's Electric sizes... Three 450s, one 500 and two 600s.
My favorite is still the 600. Big, good power, pretty docile but can really turn it up when I want to. Have only crashed once with the 600 and it hurt the wallet. $192 in parts not counting a set of mainblades and a 6S 5000mah battery pack. Ouch.
I haven't put too many packs through the 500, but it sure likes to fly. On a 6S 2500mah pack it's almost ballistic and the pitch range you can get out of the head is over 30 degrees from full neg to full pos. Roll rate is very fast, but it flips a bit slow (IMO)
The 450s are still a blast to throw around. My 1st SE is my "beater" and I use it to try new stuff 1st.. It's been planted at least a dozen times and still flies like new. My most expensive 450 crash to date was about $45 - includling a set of Align 325 Carbon blades. Most crashes run around $25 or so...
I fly the 600s more than the others, but the 450s still see their airtime as they're small enough to toss out in the yard or the vacant lot across the street from work.
